Operating within a complex, multi-entity environment, you will serve as a Strategic Operational Lead - moving beyond administrative oversight to implement automated workflows, ensure absolute legislative governance, and provide high-level advisory support to the Group’s Total Rewards framework. As a Payroll Supervisor, you will:
- oversee the full payroll lifecycle for multiple legal entities, ensuring 100% accuracy in calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements
- identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual payroll tasks. Develop and implement workflows to minimize human error and increase processing speed
- act as the Subject Matter Expert on Greek Labor Law and Social Security regulations (ERGANI II, Digital Work Card) - ensuring the Group remains fully compliant and audit-ready
- perform rigorous cross-entity audits and reconciliations - maintaining absolute data consistency between Payroll, HRIS, and Accounting systems
- design and present consolidated labor cost reports, budget variance analysis and headcount trends to the Group’s Leadership and finance departments.
- partner with HR to administer compensation & benefits programs (bonuses, health plans, etc.), ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the payroll infrastructure

- bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics
- fluency in both Greek and English
- advanced PC and literacy skills, with proven experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and utilizing HR metrics to inform decisions
