As a Operations Officer, your main responsibilities will be: 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external law firms regarding system operations and daily activities.
• Provide support and execute corrective actions in legal information systems for initiating legal actions and resolving system discrepancies (Lps Remediation).
• Collaborate closely with law firms and internal teams (Legal, Finance, and other departments) to ensure timely handling of requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate and monitor advance payments and expenses, ensuring proper oversight for the execution of legal mandates.
• Manage missing legal documents required for the initiation and execution of legal proceedings.
• Implement corrective actions for case assignments to law firms based on portfolio management until claim notifications.
• Follow the guidance of the Unit Manager to achieve defined tasks, priorities, and goals.

For the role of Operations Officer you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with legal information systems or ERP platforms.
• Fluent in Greek and good command of English (written and spoken).

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
