For the role of Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and coordinating the administrative settlement of transactions for various financial instruments.
- Maintaining and updating digital records related to the safekeeping of securities and client portfolios.
- Monitoring corporate schedules to ensure the timely administrative processing of events like capital increases and stock options.
- Managing the data entry and verification for dividend distributions and interest payments.
- Executing instructions for fund movements and investment capital flows within internal systems.
- Drafting and organizing reports for regulatory authorities and supervisory bodies.
- Supporting the administration of special contracts, including escrow agreements and capital returns.
- Ensuring all physical and digital documentation is filed according to compliance and transparency standards.

For the role of Operations Administrator, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative support or back-office operations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with data entry systems and maintaining digital databases.
