For the role of Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the settlement and clearing of transactions across a wide range of financial instruments in domestic and international markets.
- Safekeeping securities and ensuring the accurate maintenance of institutional investor portfolios.
- Monitoring and processing corporate actions, including capital increases, stock options, and public offers.
- Managing the collection of dividends and interest coupons for diverse asset classes.
- Processing fund movement instructions and investment capital flows efficiently.
- Performing tax monitoring of investments and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Providing portfolio valuation and regular reporting to institutional clients and supervisory authorities.
- Supporting corporate activities such as dividend distributions, capital returns, and escrow agreement management.
προσόντα
For the role of Operations Administrator, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in back office or custody operations within the securities sector will be considered an asset
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and market settlement procedures
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
