As an Office Receptionist some of your tasks may include:
- managing front desk
- welcoming and directing visitors
- monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
- ensuring administrative functioning of the office services by placing orders for services, equipment and supplies
- handling company’ s call center
- supporting the organization of meetings and visits to the company's venues
- receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
- serving internal customers and visitors, showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service
- supporting the Facilities & Services team and the key internal stakeholders (i.e. Finance and HR Departments) with various
- assisting in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policyassisting the Facilities Manager and ensuring that the offices comply with all statutory regulations and codes of practice
προσόντα
The requirements for the Office Receptionist role are:
- university/bachelor's degree
- excellent MS Office skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language
