Your key responsibilities as a my data specialist will be:

• Support the ongoing review and correction of expense mappings in MyData, in line with AADE guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation and follow-up of the Delivery Note automation project through SAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, IT) to gather and process relevant data.
• Perform daily updates and maintain proper coding of expenses in SAP.
• Generate basic reports and assist in maintaining data accuracy and compliance across systems.
• Use SAP modules for data entry, validation, and documentation support.
• Monitor and update SAP records related to expenses, tax accounts, and document flows.

To be an ideal candidate you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Prior experience or internship in tax reporting or accounting support is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP
• Understanding of Greek tax regulations, MyData framework.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
