κύριες αρμοδιότητες
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Review functional parameters for electro-mechanical studies and compliance requirements (e.g. Fire Brigade regulations) of proposed architectural concepts.
- Analyze and assess electro-mechanical design plans to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Propose, design, and implement innovative solutions for retail or similar environments.
- Prepare and monitor technical specifications in line with Greek legislation regarding building design and development.
- Provide design solutions for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Liaise with governmental authorities and assist with the preparation of technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
προσόντα
The ideal candidate for the position of MEP Design Engineer:
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, MSc in related field will be preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing MEP and digitalization solutions for retail or similar environments.
- Solid knowledge of electro-mechanical installations design. Familiarity with Fire Brigade regulations and legal framework is essential.
- Proven experience in coordinating and supervising MEP contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electromechanical software
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel; valid driving license (category B).
