As a Marketing Manager in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing the organization's overall marketing strategy
• Developing and monitoring the annual marketing plan and its respective budget
• Overseeing branding, digital marketing, public relations (PR), and corporate communication activities
• Coordinating external partners, such as advertising agencies, digital agencies, and media outlets
• Developing campaigns to promote specialized services (such as retail, events, and hospitality services)
• Organizing corporate events and representing the company at international exhibitions
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities
• Tracking market trends, competition, and best practices within the industry

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position should have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree will be considered an asset)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within the luxury services or tourism industry
• Proven experience in strategic marketing and budget management, along with a strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Excellent command of the English language and strong proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams & external partners
• Experience in managing team workflows, budget allocation and agency relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects and partners simultaneously
• Team spirit and flexibility within a dynamic work environment

• 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in the luxury services or tourism sectors
