As a Marketing Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (retail and e-commerce), with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
• Identifying, hiring, and managing local marketing agencies for social media, digital advertising, and PR.
• Localizing and adapting international marketing content to fit the Greek culture and consumer behavior.
• Directing and optimizing all digital marketing efforts for Greece, including SEO/SEM strategy, website management, and social media channels, to drive e-commerce growth.
• Developing and managing the marketing budget for the Greek market, ensuring a strong Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing investments.
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, Sales Revenue, Brand Awareness), and using data-driven insights to adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Prior experience working with leading consumer electronics or home appliance brands (such as Samsung, Philips, LG, Tefal, Rowenta, BEKO, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media strategy, content marketing, and e-commerce growth. Prior experience selecting and managing external marketing agencies is expected.
• Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data, consumer insights, and ROI/KPI reports.
• Deep understanding of the Greek market and consumer behavior.
• Fluent in English (company working language) and Greek (local market).
