As a Marketing Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement an end‑to‑end marketing and communication strategy targeting both domestic HORECA channels (e.g., restaurants, catering, hotels) and export markets.
• Manage brand positioning and visual identity across packaging, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns—balancing tradition and innovation.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns: website content, SEO, social media, analytics, aimed at boosting both trade and consumer awareness.
• Coordinate strategic corporate communications, including press releases, newsletters, and coordinated messaging internally and externally.
• Conduct market insights analysis (food trends, export opportunities) to support product development and channel expansion.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and external marketing agencies to produce impactful materials for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and point‑of‑sale initiatives.
• Manage preparations and presence in key industry events and corporate engagements (e.g. food fairs, culinary expos).

The ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in B2B food or FMCG marketing, especially within HORECA or export-focused businesses
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRM, analytics)
• Fluent in Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven experience managing relationships with external agencies and handling marketing budgets

• Ability to shape and execute marketing strategies backed by analytical insights.
• Strong ownership mentality with the capacity to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives.
• Creative approach to brand storytelling across digital and traditional channels.
• Effective collaboration with commercial teams and external partners to maximize impact.

• At least 5 years of experience in similar field
