    As a Marketing Assistant in this role you will be responsible for:

    • Assist Key Accounts and distribution partners with marketing-related tasks and inquiries
    • Coordinate advertising activities, including the distribution of press releases, technical notices, and general company communications
    • Organize and support marketing events and meetings, handling logistics, setup, facilitation, and follow-up
    • Maintain accurate records and meeting minutes for monthly departmental meetings
    • Develop and update internal sales documents, templates, and marketing materials
    • Support the preparation and updates of the annual product catalogue
    • Compile and report on monthly sales and marketing performance statistics to track campaign effectiveness
    • Handle requests regarding marketing collateral, such as catalogues and leaflets

  • προσόντα

    The ideal candidate is expected to possess the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Master’s degree is preferred
    • Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel occasionally for business needs
    • Previous experience in social media management, post creation, building social media presence and have technical aptitude
    • Exceptional writing and editing ability (Greek & English)

    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

    • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
