The Managing Director will provide comprehensive leadership across the firm's strategic, financial, and operational pillars, ensuring the firm's artistic vision is delivered with financial responsibility.

• Strategic Growth: Lead and execute the firm’s strategy for market expansion, business development (BD), and client acquisition in both local and international markets
• Financial Governance: Provide strategic oversight of the firm’s financial status (Οικονομική Κατάσταση), including comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Contract Management: Monitor and oversee the execution and compliance of all project contracts (Συμβάσεις Έργου), ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and legal requirements
• HR & Administration: Oversee all non-core administrative functions, managing the organizational bureaucracy and providing strategic direction to HR processes (including performance management and recruitment support)
• Operational Excellence: Manage operational efficiency, resource allocation, and workflow across all design and execution phases, ensuring best practices in project management and quality control
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the design and development industries

To be considered for this Managing Director role, candidates should have:

• A University/college degree (Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering is highly desirable)
• A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management is a strong asset
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is essential
