For the role of Senior M&A Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing large-scale, high-value M&A transactions from structuring to closing.
- Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating a dedicated team of associates and junior lawyers.
- Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation, including SPAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.
- Overseeing comprehensive legal due diligence processes for domestic and international clients.
- Providing high-level strategic advice on corporate governance, restructurings, and cross-border investments.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for key corporate clients and stakeholders.
προσόντα
For the role of Senior M&A Lawyer, you will need:
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) and active membership in a Greek Bar Association.
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate, Commercial, or M&A Law from a reputable university.
- Extensive experience in handling high-stakes M&A transactions.
- Excellent command of English at a professional legal level.
- Advanced legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead legal teams and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
