For the role of Lawyer (Corporate & Energy), you will be responsible for:
- Negotiation and drafting of all types of legal agreements, commercial contracts, and documents.
- Legal research and the drafting of comprehensive legal opinions.
- Supporting the day-to-day needs of corporate clients, including bookkeeping, preparation of minutes, and advisory on corporate law requirements.
- Ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance for private, listed, or regulated entities.
- Managing corporate restructurings and transformations.
- Executing M&A procedures, including transaction structure design, legal due diligence, and drafting transaction documents.
- Maintaining strong client rapport through effective communication and clear explanation of legal processes.
- Collaborating actively with the team to share knowledge and participate in client meetings and conferences.
προσόντα
For the role of Lawyer (Corporate & Energy), you will need:
- University degree in Law.
- Master’s degree or Certification in Energy Law.
- Solid background in corporate, commercial, and energy law.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a law firm or energy company legal department.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
