    The responsibilities of this Key Account Manager are: 

    • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize profitability within assigned major accounts.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales professionals, driving collaboration and ensuring high performance against established goals.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and provide comprehensive performance reports directly to the Sales Director.

  • προσόντα

    The qualifications of this Key Account Manager are: 

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a relevant commercial leadership role ideally within the FMCG or Consumer Durables sectors.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent command of English.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate profitable, high-value contracts.
    • Experience in leading, guiding, and developing a small sales team.
