The responsibilities of the Junior Brand Manager are:

• Implementation and monitoring of a local brand strategy on the basis of international brand strategy (where applicable)
• Participation in international processes from to the development of marketing and sales strategies as well of international insight processes
• Cooperation with GBU, Region, Digital, Sales, Planning and Controlling Departments 
• Responsible for the optimal implementation of the marketing mix: product assortment and new product pipeline, pricing, PR and BTL communication
• Consistently monitoring and analyzing business performance, market situation and competitors for monthly business review meetings
• Own Marketing Budget
• In cooperation with other departments, implements and monitors the annual marketing plan in order to achieve brands targets (Net Sales, Gross Margin, Market Share)
• The position holder in cooperation with the supporting departments, ensures that market and competition is regularly observed and the results of this are incorporated into the processing of product and marketing strategies
• Works with Digital/Media for maintaining PIM 

The Junior Brand Manager should have: 

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields 
• Budget Management
• Very good command in English 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Financial acumen
