As an IT Systems Engineer you will join a global IT team in the group, and your duties will be the following:

• Deploy and configure the Microsoft Windows Server environment, including server hardware configuration
• Expertly maintain and troubleshoot VMware vSphere/ESXi environments and administer core Active Directory services (Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, user management)
• Manage and optimize Veeam Backup & Replication to ensure robust data backup, replication, and disaster recovery processes
• Administer and support Office 365 services, focusing on user provisioning, security configurations, and troubleshooting
• Provide escalated 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support to end-users across multiple European locations for critical, complex issues
• Champion compliance with ISO 27001 standards, assisting with audits, vulnerability scans, system hardening, and maintaining critical security documentation
• Serve as an integral member of the IT team, contributing to and supporting various technical projects to align with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement

In order for your profile to match this IT Systems Engineer you will need to have the following:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth experience with Veeam Backup & Replication for robust backup and disaster recovery
• Expertise in Active Directory management (Group Policies, user provisioning, domain services)
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi administration and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration and user management
• Solid scripting skills, preferably with PowerShell, for automation and task optimization
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and best practice IT security principles
• Degree in IT or related field
• Proficiency in English
• Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
