    As  an IT Support Technician within the company, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Installing, configuring, and testing professional AV systems, including displays, audio equipment, automation controls, and video conferencing units.
    • Providing on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to ensure systems run flawlessly.
    • Reading and interpreting technical plans to understand the unique requirements of each installation.
    • Handling technical tools and equipment with precision and care.
    • Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet and exceed expectations.

  • προσόντα

    Required Qualifications:

    • A positive, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
    • Proven technical knowledge of audiovisual (AV) systems and devices.
    • A solid understanding of IT fundamentals (networking, software configuration).
    • Strong "technical perception" with the ability to analyze and adapt to the specifics of each unique installation.
    • Excellent hands-on skills and confidence in using technical tools.
    • A valid driver's license (B category).
    • Knowledge of the English language will be considered a strong asset.
