Key Responsibilities

• Service Stewardship: Own the design, transition, and operation of assigned IT services, ensuring they meet all business requirements and availability expectations.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, leading major incident management and proactive problem management to eliminate recurring issues.
• Performance Management: Monitor and report on critical KPIs including service availability, MTTR, and SLA compliance.
• Vendor Governance: Coordinate with external service providers to ensure contractual delivery commitments and service levels are consistently met.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive initiatives focused on automation, cost optimization, and operational stability.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Align the service roadmap with business priorities and communicate risks or performance updates to management.

Who You Are

• Experienced Professional: You possess 4–8 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or application management.
• Technically Grounded: You have a strong understanding of ITIL practices - such as incident, change, and service level management - and experience with enterprise-scale services.
• Strategic Thinker: You can coordinate cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions to manage competing demands.
• Effective Communicator: You bridge the gap between technical teams and business audiences with ease.
• Educated & Certified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. An ITIL 4 Foundation certification is highly preferred.
