    For the IT Officer role the company offers:

    As an IT Officer your duties will be the following:

    • Infrastructure Administration: Support the daily operation of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable performance of systems and services.
    • Technical Implementation: Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, servers, network, and mobile devices, including troubleshooting and routine operational tasks.
    • Global User Support: Provide user support, including remote assistance to international offices.
    • Systems Evolution: Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT systems in collaboration with management and third-party vendors.

  • προσόντα

    As an IT Officer you need to have the following:

    • Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT role.
    • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
    • Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).
    • Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Backup Exec, Veeam) and endpoint protection solutions.
    • Familiarity with firewall solutions (e.g., WatchGuard, FortiGate) and PBX systems.
    • Excellent command of the English language.
    • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Danaos Enterprise) is a strong asset.
