What you’ll do:

• Install, maintain, and repair IT equipment, computers, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to users across diverse hardware and software environments
• Manage and support client applications (on-premise and cloud) within Windows operating systems
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Degree from a Vocational Training Institute (IEK) or Technological Educational Institute (TEI)
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 7, 8, 10)
• Strong skills in installation, configuration, administration, and operation of computers and peripheral devices
• Solid experience repairing desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
