What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide on-site and remote support to end users, solving technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software problems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment (routers, switches).
- Set up new workstations and peripheral devices.
- Support users with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office apps).
- Participate in system upgrades and replacements.
προσόντα
What You Bring:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (IEK/TEI/University).
- At least 1 year of experience in similar technical support roles.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS (8/10/11) and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in hardware repair and configuration of peripheral devices.
- Familiarity with basic networking and system administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Completed military service (for male candidates).
- Valid driving license (car or motorcycle).
