As a HSE Coordinator , your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct daily inspections of the workplace to identify risks and prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Physician and Safety Engineer to monitor working conditions.
• Maintain the company’s safety records and implement corrective actions.
• Identify occupational hazards and coordinate mitigation measures.
• Ensure correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by staff and contractors.
• Develop and update training plans on occupational health and safety.
• Supervise fire safety and other critical emergency procedures.
• Prepare and organize the company for certification and maintenance of ISO systems (9001, 14001, 45001, 41001, 50001).
• Monitor KPIs and provide reports to management.

For the HSE Coordinator position, you need to have:

• University or Technical Institute degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT systems.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience is desirable.
