As a junior HR specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Running end-to-end recruitment processes for all functions.
• Organizing and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Supporting employment changes, including lateral moves, promotions, and new hires.
• Administering employee benefits and managing relationships with local providers.
• Facilitating personnel documentation, such as the signing of employment contracts and other related documents.
• Preparing payroll input data for accurate and timely processing.

If you want to put in your candidacy for the junior HR specialist position you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration, would be considered an asset 
• Fluency in English
• Very good MS Office skills

• Handling all information with extreme care and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

1 year experience of relevant role would be considered an asset.
