As an HR Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide employee support on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Maintain and update HR records and organizational structures
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities
- Support training, performance evaluation, and development programs
- Assist with payroll, HR reporting, and budget planning
- Contribute to internal events and employee engagement initiatives

The ideal candidate for the HR Specialist position should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong computer literacy, excellent skills in Excel
- Knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
