Key Responsibilities for this HR Manager include:

• Managing end-to-end HR operations 
• Supporting global HR processes and collaborating with international teams
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Ensuring legal compliance with Greek labor regulations and internal policies
• Contributing to global HR reporting, workforce planning, and performance tracking
• Acting as a trusted advisor to both local managers and global HR stakeholders
• Supporting the design and rollout of training, engagement, and development programs
• Promoting a positive and inclusive work culture in alignment with group values

The ideal candidate for this HR Manager position should have:

• University/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and HR dashboards
• Experience in multinational organizations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance

• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
