The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified, comprehensive HR strategy that supports a diverse workforce and business model. This includes:

• Developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our dual-industry business model, creating unified policies and procedures
• Bridging management and employee relations across diverse work environments, addressing grievances and concerns from both sectors
• Overseeing recruitment and selection processes for both business units, ensuring access to qualified talent pools in highly competitive markets
• Driving recruitment efforts for top-tier software engineers, developers, and technology professionals in an intensely competitive market
• Supporting current and future business needs through strategic workforce planning, talent development, and retention programs tailored to each industry's specific requirements

• Advanced PC and literacy skills, with proven experience in HR reporting

• Exceptional ability to manage contrasting workforce cultures and operational demands
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills for bridging management and employee relations in distinct environments
