Key Responsibilities of this HR Coordinator:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient day-to-day operations
• Follow up on HR initiatives, tracking project milestones and documenting discussions and actions from meetings
• Support the design and improvement of HR workflows and tools to optimize internal processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems, generating routine reports and supporting issue resolution with system vendors
• Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs (e.g., meal vouchers, transportation cards), ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication with vendors and staff
• Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for new hires
• Act as a go-to contact for employees on HR-related inquiries, offering timely and clear communication
• Monitor and manage employee leave records (e.g., vacation, sick leave)
• Schedule and organize HR meetings and team events, supporting other administrative functions as needed
• Coordinate calendars, travel logistics, and expense submissions for HR leadership
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned

The ideal candidate for this HR Coordinator role will have:

• College or University degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Comfort working with digital tools; experience with HRIS platforms is a strong plus

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-location teams and diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
• A sharp eye for detail and strong time management abilities
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
• A proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
