Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle guest relations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage the hotel budget, including forecasting and expense control.

Requested qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience with financial management and a track record of driving profitable growth.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating meaningful guest connections.
• An appreciation for a modern, inviting aesthetic and a commitment to maintaining a superior guest environment.

4 -5 years experience in similar role.
