Your Key Responsibilities will be:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals in Greece
• Oversee valuation analysis across portfolios of private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure investments
• Review and validate valuation models, pricing methodologies, and projections
• Drive portfolio-level and transaction-level valuation assessments on a continuous basis
• Manage valuation of management fees, pricing structures, and investment performance metrics
• Partner with Risk, Investment, and Operations teams to deliver insights and ensure consistency in valuation approaches
• Provide strategic oversight on cash flow modeling and reinvestment analysis (life-cycle cash flow tracking)
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and global teams
• Support evolving client interactions, including institutional investors and investment funds
• Contribute to the development and scaling of valuation processes as the team expands globally

To be an ideal candidate for this role you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master's or CFA is a plus)
•  6–8+ years of experience in valuation, with a strong focus on private equity, private credit, or private funds
• Proven experience in managing or mentoring teams
• Strong expertise in valuation methodologies across private markets
• Experience with portfolio-level valuation and transaction analysis
• Solid understanding of financial modeling, pricing, and projections
• Strong communication skills, with ability to interact with senior stakeholders (including C-level)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
