κύριες αρμοδιότητες
The Head of Operations will provide comprehensive leadership across the firm's administrative, compliance, and operational pillars. This includes:
- Legal & Contracts Oversight: Monitor and oversee the execution and compliance of all project contracts (Συμβάσεις Έργου), ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and legal requirements.
- Administrative Management: Oversee all non-core administrative functions, managing the organizational bureaucracy and ensuring smooth daily business operations.
- HR Governance: Provide oversight and strategic direction to HR processes, including performance management, recruitment support, and employee relations.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage operational efficiency, resource allocation, and workflow across all design and execution phases.
- Project Quality Control: Ensure the integration of best practices in project management and quality control across all engagements.
προσόντα
To be considered for this Head of Operations role, candidates should have:
- A University/college degree (Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering is highly desirable)
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Project Management is a strong asset
- Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal) is essential
