Key Responsibilities for this Global Rewards Partner:

• Design and implement global compensation strategies that support business objectives and drive performance
• Lead annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus plans, and market benchmarking across all geographies
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Legislation through audits, reporting, and policy alignment
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations on pay equity
• Conduct global compensation benchmarking and maintain competitive, equitable pay structures
• Oversee pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and internal audits
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align rewards with organizational culture and strategic goals
• Support automation and innovation in compensation reporting and HR tools (e.g., SuccessFactors)

Qualifications for this Global Rewards Partner:

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation frameworks, and incentive plan design
• Strong analytical and data modeling skills; ability to translate data into business insights
• Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency regulations and pay equity principles

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks across different regions
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading global compensation initiatives
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential compensation data
• Adept at building trust and influencing senior stakeholders across culturally diverse environments
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing reward innovations

Proven experience in compensation and rewards, ideally in global or multi-country environments
