Key Responsibilities for this Global Head of HR Shared Services:

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes globally, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, & offboarding
• Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all regions
• Implement standardized, compliant, and scalable HR practices
• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse, international HR team
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive high performance and accountability
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence
• Build and maintain HR dashboards and analytics tools
• Use data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and support strategic goals
• Provide accurate and timely HR reports to senior leadership
• Champion automation and digital transformation across HR operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all service areas
• Lead organizational change initiatives with a focus on stakeholder alignment and minimal disruption
• Ensure global compliance with labor laws, data protection, and internal policies
• Monitor risk, implement controls, and adjust processes as regulations evolve
• Maintain readiness for audits and reporting requirements across jurisdictions

Qualifications for this Global Head of HR Shared Services:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CIPD/SHRM preferred)
• Proven experience managing HR shared services in a complex, multinational environment
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and global employment regulations

• Strong leadership and people development capabilities
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and technology fluency
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-accountability environment
• Skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally across cultures and geographies
• Comfort with leading through transformation, uncertainty, and organizational change

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading global HR operations
