Some of the responsibilities that you will have as Front Office Manager are:

• Proper room allocation
• Consideration of all customer requests
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy at all times
• Supervise and support front office staff, including receptionists, bellboys.
• Oversee the recruitment process for overseas positions
• Schedule shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Handle complaints
• Initiate compensations for complaint resolution or take any other necessary action to ensure efficient guest service.
• Troubleshoot emergencies
• Monitor stock levels and order office supplies
• Ensure the company's policies and security requirements are met
• Promote safe and efficient front office operations

The following qualifications are requested for the position of Front Office Manager: 

• Good Knowledge of PMS. (Protel,Opera)
• Proficiency in English (oral and written), additional language will be considered as an asset
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Hospitality Management degree, Business Administration, or Bachelor degree in similar field
• Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence 

2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Front Office Manager or Reception Manager in 5* resor
