κύριες αρμοδιότητες
As a Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Ensure communications are efficient and the process is recorded
- Utilize logistics ERP & other tools to optimize procedures
- Manage incoming orders and coordinate with all involved parties
- Communicate with shippers, consignees and intermediates for operations details and changes
- Ensure customer satisfaction & after sales
- Compile reports and targets
προσόντα
As an Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist, you must have the following requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Proven experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Academic background in the field of Logistics and/or Shipping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a similar position in transportation methods (sea, road) iGlobal mindset will
