Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute group-wide F&B strategies and initiatives focused on increasing revenue, optimizing cost control, and maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate at a strategic level with the Executive Chef to drive culinary direction, menu engineering, and profitable vendor relations.
• Oversee all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service, ensuring seamless, high-quality service and strict adherence to established budgets and luxury standards.
• Maintain high visibility across all outlets to personally monitor service standards and ensure exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Ensure stringent compliance with all hygiene (HACCP), safety, and statutory regulations across all properties.
• Direct the oversight of all catering services for complex events, conferences, and banquets.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a large team of F&B Managers and staff, setting clear performance expectations and strategic goals.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Tourism (MBA considered an asset)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Guest-oriented, service-minded, and detail-focused

Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role.
