The responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead the organization and daily operation of the internal accounting department.
•  Work in close collaboration with the external accountant (who maintains responsibility for tax compliance and statutory signatures) to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Under the guidance of the Finance and Treasurer, you will manage cash flow, monitor bank positions, and oversee liquidity planning to support business operations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external financial partners.

The requirements for this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, IESE) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and excellent command of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills for collaborating with external partners.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial controlling roles.
