Key Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and operational responsibility of the Finance function
• Oversight and hands-on involvement in Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Preparation and signing of annual Financial Statements in accordance with Greek GAAPand IFRS
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information
• Coordination and completion of month-end, period-end, and year-end closing
• Preparation and analysis of financial and management reports (MIS)
• Compliance with accounting standards (Greek GAAP / IFRS) and tax & labor legislation
• Management of banking relationships
• Cash flow and liquidity management
• Oversight of commercial terms and financial management of suppliers
• Management of financial liabilities and obligations
• Liaison with External Auditors and financial advisors

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
•  3–5 years of professional experience in a senior finance role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS
• Proven experience in the preparation and signing of Financial Statements
• Strong knowledge of taxation (VAT issues, Income tax and withholding taxes) andfinancial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP will be considered an asset)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good Knowledge of English
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional judgment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines

 3–5 years of professional experience in a senior finance role
