Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B outlets (multiple restaurants, bars, room service, banquets) ensuring consistent service quality and strict adherence to 5-star luxury standards.
• Innovate and refine menus in close collaboration with the Executive Chef, focusing on local Samos produce, Mediterranean flavours, and global culinary trends.
• Actively engage with guests to monitor satisfaction, proactively resolve complaints, and create personalized, memorable dining moments.Ensure full compliance with all HACCP, health, and safety regulations across all F&B areas. 
• Develop and manage the annual F&B budget, performing regular forecasting and financial analysis.
• Implement rigorous cost control measures for labor, inventory, and purchasing without compromising product quality.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, promotional activities, and the successful execution of special events (e.g., wine tastings, themed dinners).
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, high-performing F&B team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals for all F&B personnel.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven F&B management experience in a luxury 4- or 5-star hotel or resort environment.
• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in managing P&L, controlling costs, and achieving targets.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek, German, or another European language is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros) and MS Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of global F&B trends, fine dining service, and beverage management.
• A positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role in 5-star resort properties.
