• Rapidly implement and execute an F&B strategy designed for maximum performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability during the intense summer months. 
• Manage the daily operations of all F&B outlets (including fine dining, pool bars, and room service), ensuring exceptional quality and seamless service flow during peak occupancy.
• Quickly onboard, train, motivate, and manage a large, multinational seasonal F&B team, maintaining a high level of staff morale and performance.
• Rigorously manage P&L, inventory, cost of goods, and labor costs to meet aggressive financial targets within the compressed operating window.
• Uphold the 5-star brand image by ensuring strict adherence to the highest international standards of hygiene, food safety, and luxury service at all times.
• Act as the face of F&B, interacting with high-profile guests and promptly resolving any service issues.

• Must be willing and able to relocate and reside on-site in Corfu for the entire duration of the seasonal contract.
• Strong financial acumen with proven success in driving revenue and controlling costs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional ability to lead large teams, remain calm under pressure, and manage the long hours inherent in a seasonal resort operation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a Director
