Key Responsibilities for the Facilities Coordinator Role:

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all critical infrastructure, including power systems (generators, substations), parking systems, and general mall facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise a team, ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of any technical issues or breakdowns.
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest standard.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technicians, ensuring clear communication and proper allocation of tasks.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operations.

The Ideal Candidate for the Facilities Coordinator Role Should Have:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, technical maintenance, or electrical operations.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
