Key Responsibilities of this Executive Personal Assistant role include:

• Calendar Management & Real-time Dictation: Proactively managing and updating the Chairman's schedule. This requires an exceptional ability to capture notes and instructions on the fly and ensure systematic filing, as the Chairman communicates ideas and directions at a fast pace that must be recorded with high accuracy.
• Meeting Support & Follow-up: Attending meetings, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines (follow-up). Responsible for preparing all necessary pre-reading material to ensure the Chairman is briefed and prepared in advance.
• Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating special projects and initiatives, ensuring that strategic goals are met within the specified timelines.
• Travel Coordination: Managing full, end-to-end travel arrangements and logistics, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and transportation.
• Personal Support: Handling personal errands and managing "lifestyle" requests with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Communication & Gatekeeping: Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications to effectively protect the Chairman’s time and priorities.
