The successful  Executive Assistant will be a pivotal member of the Executive Office, with responsibilities including:

• Contract & Signature Management: Oversight of the entire document flow, ensuring the timely execution and signing of contracts with partners and vendors, and maintaining a meticulous legal and corporate archive.
• Executive Support: Managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling all professional travel arrangements.
• Liaison & Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and internal departments (Engineering, Finance, Legal), as well as external stakeholders.
• Reporting & Presentations: Drafting progress reports for ongoing energy projects and preparing high-impact professional presentations for board meetings.
• Deadline Monitoring: Ensuring strict adherence to critical timelines regarding licensing procedures and corporate obligations.

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must have:

• University/college degree
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, including calendar management and presentation software
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral)
