Key Responsibilities of this Executive Assistant role include:

• Acting as a trusted partner and gatekeeper to the Chairman, managing complex calendars, travel plans, and high-level correspondence
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
• Conducting research and compiling reports, presentations, and briefings to support strategic decision-making
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Assisting in the drafting and preparation of executive-level communications, speeches, and presentations
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication
• Anticipating and proactively managing daily needs and priorities, enabling the Chairman to focus on strategic goals
• Supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinating and managing events on behalf of the Chairman
• Organizing detailed travel arrangements and occasionally accompanying the Chairman on business trips

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must have:

• University/college degree
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and technology, including calendar management and presentation software
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and oral)
