For this Executive Assistant role the key responsibilities will be to :
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing priorities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at all times
- Lead projects to structure and optimize office operations, processes, and workflows
- Supervise and coordinate the office administrative team, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to standards
- Provide personal assistance, including travel arrangements, scheduling, household coordination, and other ad hoc tasks as required
- Organize and prepare meetings, agendas, presentations, and briefings for executives
- Draft, review, and manage confidential communications, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth execution

For this demanding Executive Assistant role, you will need to have:
- University or college degree in Business or related field
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal) as you will be supporting bilingual individuals
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, including calendar management, document preparation, and communication platforms
- Availability to provide support beyond standard office hours, including evenings and weekends
