As an Executive Assistant, you will take full ownership of the daily operations for our executives, focusing on seamless coordination and expert planning:
- Travel Management: Directing complex international travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transportation) ensuring comfort, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality.
- Event Planning: Designing and executing high-end corporate events, dinners, and networking functions that uphold the firm’s prestigious reputation.
- Calendar Coordination: Mastering demanding schedules and prioritizing meetings with global partners and stakeholders.
- Office Administration: Overseeing the smooth operation of the executive suite, managing high-level correspondence, and screening communications.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Acting as a trusted partner on special projects, research tasks, and personal executive support.
