    As an ERP Support Engineer, you will take over the main ERP activities and your duties will be the following:

    • Analyze customers' needs and handle relevant requests
    • Develop custom solution components and participate in business process solutions design & architecture
    • Interact with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that may arise
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and compose development specifications
    • Translate business requirements into ERP functional and configuration requirements

  • προσόντα

    In order for your profile to match the ERP Support Engineer position, you need to have the following skills:

    • At least 2 years of experience in providing ERP software solution services
    • Degree in Computer Science or related field 
    • Experience on using SQL 
    • Experience in applications support 
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Very good knowledge in English

  • εμπειρία

    2+ years of experience in a similar position
