In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the ERP platform supports the company’s ambitious growth.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• System Ownership: Lead the support, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
• Business Analysis: Translate complex business requirements into functional ERP configurations and standardized process improvements.
• Process Excellence: Act as the internal Key User / System Owner for Finance, Production, and Warehouse-related modules.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Manage relationships with external ERP vendors and implementation partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• User Support: Provide high-level troubleshooting, support users, and manage system changes and updates.
• Compliance & Integrity: Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance within a strict GMP environment.
• Strategic Projects: Participate in ERP upgrades, international rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To qualify for the role, the following are required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MSc will be considered an asset).
• At least 3 years of proven work experience as an ERP Consultant or Specialist.
• Specific experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or a GMP-regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Fulfilled military service, if applicable.

At least 3 years of proven work experience as an ERP Consultant or Specialist.
