What you'll do:

Client & Business Development

• Map and shape your market — identifying business opportunities and tracking trends across pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, diagnostics, and healthcare.
• Build and grow a high-value client portfolio through targeted outreach, meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory conversations.
• Lead the full commercial cycle — from proposal development and fee negotiation to offer management and final sign-off.
• Develop a strong personal brand that attracts interest from clients and positions you as a trusted Life Sciences advisor.
• Drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with the right talent solutions and continuously expanding your market footprint.

Talent Strategy & Recruitment

• Source, screen, interview, and assess scientific and technical professionals across the Life Sciences spectrum.
• Advise and guide candidates through strategic career decisions with clarity and commercial insight.
• Match high-calibre talent to opportunities within the Life Sciences portfolio, ensuring both speed and quality of delivery.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate client demand and accelerate recruitment cycles.

Commercial Path

• A strong record in sales, business development, or account management, consistently outperforming targets and winning complex deals.
• Exposure to Life Sciences, healthcare, pharma services, diagnostics, or related sectors that gives you a commercial advantage.
• the motivation to excel in a people-focused sales cycle where trust, empathy, and credibility matter as much as performance.

Whichever path you’ve taken, you’re someone who:

• Thrives in competitive, target-driven environments and delivers results under pressure.Communicates with clarity and influence — able to negotiate, persuade, and build trust with stakeholders at every level.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Biology, Chemistry, or similar preferred) and brings the discipline to grow continuously.
