κύριες αρμοδιότητες
Payroll process management
- Lead the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payments, payslips, statutory returns and reports.
- Stay current on regulations, implement changes, and inform the team.
- Design and coordinate action plans.
- Control client/candidate contracts and internal public sector liability procedures.
- Process payroll and invoicing reports.
- Provide complex payroll and employment solutions.
- Oversee complex payroll, such as expatriate, advanced variable compensation or APD.
People leadership and development
- Lead, coach and support teams for maximum performance and efficiency.
- Translate business strategy into specialty objectives.
- Lead and sponsor team training for development.
- Demonstrate inspirational leadership.
- Coach and develop performance using competency framework and KPIs.
Operational and process management
- Ensure efficient execution of core processes in compliance with policy and regulations.
- Allocate workload, share knowledge, review performance and instill a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service.
- Actively contribute to company strategy and initiatives as a Randstad leadership team member, providing cross-divisional leadership and living the company values.
- Ensure compliance with Randstad practice and legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency.
προσόντα
The qualifications needed to be a successful Payroll Supervisor at Randstad is to possess
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, HR or related field.
- Extensive experience in payroll processing, with proven ability to manage complex payroll scenarios.
- Proven experience developing relationships working at a strategic as well as operational level.
- Effective people management, including ability to enhance performance, develop others and create a positive culture.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and driving efficiencies.
- Strong knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and legislation, with experience implementing changes.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple projects
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
εμπειρία
Minimum of 7 years experience in payroll execution and customer service
